It's been around 1.5 years since I implemented these changes to my diet, and I can safely say this is the best shape I've been in my life. I have fixed my relationship with food, and this has directly played a role in increasing my capacity to challenge myself while exercising.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism during the pandemic, when I was 19 years old. I had hoped that this revelation would explain why I hadn't seen a decrease in my weight despite exercising regularly and consuming smaller portions of food. My endocrinologist recommended that I try eating two meals a day as I started taking my medication, but I still didn't see the results I was expecting to. In fact, over the next year, I found that my weight increased very easily. After my first meeting with Rahul, I was shocked to see that he had designed a meal plan that required me to eat four times a day! This initial shock was only surpassed by the surprise of seeing and feeling that I was healthier in a matter of weeks. It's been around 1.5 years since I implemented these changes to my diet, and I can safely say this is the best shape I've been in my life. I have fixed my relationship with food, and this has directly played a role in increasing my capacity to challenge myself while exercising. I'm so much more aware of what I'm consuming, and Rahul has helped me learn how to listen and discover my body's needs. Not only is my BMI in a healthy zone, but all my indicators (including sugar and uric acid) that had been affected by my hypothyroidism are back in check. Could not recommend Rahul's expertise more- he's given me health insights I'll carry with me for the rest of my life!
