Today I can safely say that I am able to enjoy all my favourite food in moderation because of my new found knowledge about portion control and balancing my macros.

I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, and my relationship with food hasn’t always been the best. I’ve been to numerous dieticians and done a whole bunch of ‘fad diets’, yet I’ve always found myself back at square one.


I decided to start working with Rahul right in the middle of the lockdown, and I can safely that it was the smartest decision I made. Before that, I was under-eating, I was always hungry, and was thus always snacking. It was like a vicious cycle that I just couldn’t break from.


I was suddenly opened up to a whole new way of eating and balancing meals. I started eating a lot more, feeling a lot fuller, working out better, and was able to see myself getting leaner.


What I liked most was that the fact I wasn’t simply handed a ‘meal plan’ to adhere to. I was given an overall structure and had to chart my own course. This instilled an overall sense of accountability and responsibility within me, and I learnt how to make smarter food choices on my own.


Today I can safely say that I am able to enjoy all my favourite food in moderation because of my new found knowledge about portion control and balancing my macros.


Rahul has completely changed the way I approach my meals, and I have now understood how to best nourish my body. My relationship with food has changed for the better, and I know understand that food is fuel and not the enemy.
