I went from first shot to the National Shooting Championships in 14 months — four events, Year 1. That doesn't happen on technique alone. I trained my body and nutrition specifically for pistol performance from day one. Now I coach shooters to do the same. Most coaches give you technique. I give you the complete picture.

The muscles that keep your arm extended and steady degrade faster than you think — and faster with age. We train them specifically, with the same rigour I apply to any competitive athlete's programme. Not generically. Not as an afterthought.

Heart Rate & Arousal Control
Your heart rate between shots determines your score as much as your sight picture. I've applied sports science principles to train my own cardiovascular recovery specifically for the demands of pistol shooting. We can do the same for you.

Pre-competition fuelling, hydration, cognitive performance under pressure, and managing the nerves that kill your appetite on match day. As a certified sports nutritionist, this is something I've applied to my own competition preparation — not theory.
