Honestly, I was a skeptic. I decided to make it quite difficult for Rahul with a goal I thought impossible, knocking off 15 kgs. However, he completely rewired my understanding of my diet, and how to manage it with work and travel. Now I have hit my goal much sooner than expected, and he is already pushing me to the next level.

The training program had me quite surprised, focussing initially on flexibility and seeming quite easy. Over 12 weeks, however it had me lifting weights I never thought possible, and giving me a dramatic jump in my stamina as well.
For my golf, it has definitely helped me hit longer, feel more flexible and have no aches or pains after a game.
