Like I am sure many others have, I decided to start spending an inordinate amount of time on my health and physique to alleviate the boredom of the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic. I started to train pretty heavy and regularly and was also walking/light jogging for about 90 mins a day with a day off every week.

I’m fortunate to have a small gym setup in my house with a personal trainer, so I was pretty set with the exercise side of things. I was always subconsciously aware however that my nutrition and diet was utter garbage and I didn’t know what I was doing in that department.
