I had been to a few workout programs and tried to follow diets in the past and seen short term progress which never lasted. I started working with Rahul without too many expectations but was fully committed to following the plan thru my first 6 months.


In about 3 weeks, I started noticing the changes which then kept me craving for more. Better sleep, higher energy levels and the ability to focus over longer periods was a real boost and it got better thru the 6 months as I pushed harder with my eating and workouts. Losing weight was a small bonus compared to how good I felt overall.
