"Don't carry that; you'll break!" or "Wait, let your husband do that. You won't be able to." --- Hearing phrases like this for most of my life led me to believe that women are perceived as weak and should not lift anything heavy.

When I started strength training, my family was surprised. "Don't go to the gym. You're too weak to lift those. " Exactly, and I wanted to change that. To become strong.

Three months of training with Rahul and following his instructions to the dot got me there.

I was able to sprint up three flights of stairs without losing breath, remained energetic throughout the day, was in a better mood, and managed high-pressure situations at work. I even gave everyone at home a culture shock by effortlessly carrying two full suitcases all around the railway station!
