The greatest lesson Rahul taught me is that everything is in one's own hands and you are your own biggest obstacle. We tend to blame everything and anything (eg. Work stress, no time, need a drink) which hinders our fat loss / well being program without realizing that with just minor tweaks to our mindest, we can achieve our goals.
