The journey with Rahul has got me fitter (more muscle, lesser fat), got me into a great routine (sleep, recovery) and overall a very balanced lifestyle where I feel I am in total control of what & how much I eat, drink and workout.

I thought I was reasonably fit – played tennis a few days a week, 8k runs, gym sessions occasionally. I had also done a few ‘diets’ a few times, whenever I felt I needed to shed a few kilos. In any 6-month period, I could go from feeling ‘fit’ to what you see below pic (to the left). This was early Nov’19 when I was probably at my worst in a few years (76kgs with 23-25% body fat).


This is when I reached out to Rahul. I wanted to get on a journey to get fitter, healthier FOR GOOD.


Rahul’s guidance got me ts down to about 72kgs BUT with much higher muscle mass and my body fat was down to 16-17%. I was hooked on to the simplicity of what Rahul had taught me.


Rahul is an inspiration for his dedication, his work ethic and his ‘tell it as it is’ approach.


The Covid-19 related lockdown period gave me the chance to test if I could sustain my improved fitness level.


I was able to easily maintain the level I was at before the lockdown (6 weeks now) and saw some further improvements too.


VERY SIMPLE – This is where the continued guidance and my learnings from working with Rahul had a MASSIVE IMPACT and it  would not have been possible for me if I had not l followed his approach.


We all know how painful and frustrating it is to be back at the start line.
