I can see significant gains in strength every week and am getting closer to the goal of being fit over 40!

Fitness is a part of my life, professionally and personally. But I realized that with age and after 2 kids my weight loss and strength gains had plateaued out. I was unable to meet my fitness and professional goals due to poor sleep patterns ( with 2 little kids!!) & low energy levels. The general medical advice I got was to “take it easy” and “don’t over reach”.


When I reached out to Rahul, my primary goal was to nourish my body adequately to push past my limits. Rahul really tailored the meal plans to suit my lifestyle, kept a close track on my progress and tweaked meals when needed.

Rahul ensured perfect form in each movement pattern before bumping up the weights. So important to prevent injury which can push you back. Within the first week I was able to sleep better, had more energy through the day, and was able to progress through my workouts.

So be prepared to be patient and see the weight melting off as you find that energy to build strength and get strong.
