I felt the best I had in over a decade and I can't endorse his methods enough.

My goals were simple: I wanted to be able to play sports recreationally and bend down to pick up stuff without worrying about breaking something when I was 50. I was looking for a sustainable way to lose some weight, correct my overindulgent diet and attain a reasonable level of fitness. Rahul's no-nonsense approach to nutrition and training was exactly what I needed when I signed up with him to achieve these goals. I wasn't looking to achieve any of my goals overnight. The simplicity of Rahul's program gave me enough confidence that I would be able to sustain this healthier way of living long term.
