Vinay Mohan

I'm thankful to Rahul for all of his guidance and tutelage in helping me understand what I need to do in order to stay healthy and fit as I get older.

In fitness terms, I would have until a few weeks ago labelled myself a stagnant beginner. By that I mean I've always had the desire to get fit but was never really successful in attaining the fitness levels I dreamed of. I thought I could find my own way leveraging the tons of fitness information available online but I slowly realized that

(i) none of this info was tailored for me, and

(ii) a lot of it was contradictory in nature, leading me to second guess my training methods all the time.


I finally had enough of being stuck in a rut and decided the most efficient way forward was to work with an experienced coach.


As a South Indian living abroad, I chose to work with Rahul as I found him to be very knowledgeable in what he does and also because he understood the food habits I was raised with.


Rahul designed a training and nutrition program that was customized for me in several ways. He periodically reviewed my training videos and provided valuable feedback combined with tips, hacks and other nuances that I wouldn't have figured out on my own. In a few weeks, I got comfortable with the correct technique on my movements and started to gradually increase the loads each session. As a result, I started to notice an increase in my strength and energy levels, and a steady reduction in body fat (i.e. no longer stagnant). All of this despite traveling for vacations and work trips in the interim.


I'm now very confident that the fitness program I'm on will help me make sustained progress for the next several years as long as I continue to put in the required effort. I'm thankful to Rahul for all of his guidance and tutelage in helping me understand what I need to do in order to stay healthy and fit as I get older.
