I'VE BEEN WHERE
YOU ARE. STUCK.
BITS Pilani engineering graduate. Three years in software. Then I quit — to become a professional drummer, of all things. I helped build and run BLUR at Sathyam Cinemas.
Then a blood report changed everything. The numbers were alarming. I was young, but my body was telling me a different story. That moment lit a fire.
I went deep — into sports nutrition, strength science, movement mechanics. I became a certified coach and co-founded The Formula, a lifestyle clinic where I spent years helping hundreds of people rebuild their health from the ground up.
Today, through Stronger by Rahul Gopal, I work exclusively with people over 35 — because that's where my knowledge, my experience, and frankly my heart is. The 45-year-old who's been told to "just do cardio." The professional who's fit in every way except physically. The person who's tried everything and can't understand why nothing lasts.
I understand the body after 35 in a way most coaches don't. And I get results because of it.
